CNC Turning and Milling Machininsts
We are seeking skilled machinists to operate, set up & program the newest Mazak & Mori Seiki CNC equipment, including 5-axis Mori Seiki mills. Position is for night shift from 9pm to 7am. A minimum of 5 years of CNC mill or lathe experience is required.
CNC Programmer
Must be able to create and write new CNC programs for 5 axis mills using CATIA or PRO/E and MasterCam to produce high quality aviation and aerospace parts following customer specifications and blueprints and prepare all necessary reports pertaining to the program. A minimum of 5 years previous programming experience is required.
Deburr Technician
Must be able to read blueprints and use various handtools to remove burrs on high tolerance aerospace parts. Position is for day shift. A minimum of 3 to 5 years previous experience is required.

St. Stephen is located in South Carolina, just an hour outside Charleston, 15 miles north of Moncks Corner and 4 miles east of Lake Moultrie. This area features world famous fishing. Acutec's auxiliary or Small Turning division is conveniently located in Meadville PA just 10 minutes from the main facility in Saegertown, its production is seamlessly integrated into the main facilities production, engineering and customer service.

Acutec's St. Stephen facility is located in a new industrial park just a few hundred yards from State Route 52. This route is a four lane highway connecting Charleston and Florence, and permits easy access to Interstates 26, 95 and 20, putting Acutec close to all major Southeast markets.
