CNC Machinist - Milling
Set-up, adjust and operate various CNC Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers to produce high quality products to required specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a series of progressive machining operations to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications. Should be familiar with many or all of the following: Mori Seiki and Mazak machining centers.
- Work from programmed operational data and instructions defining tool arrangements, fixturing, and material holding methods. Must be capable of reading and editing standard "G" code programs as necessary to produce parts to drawing specifications.
- Must be familiar with machine operations and control settings to perform operations such as turning, boring, drilling, tapping, thread-milling, profiling and contouring.
- Work from drawings and specifications.
- Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks.
- Perform in process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control.
- Maintain the integrity of programs, fixtures, and tooling.
- Perform a variety of general maintenance and shop work required or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Responsible to keep clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
Qualifications:
High School Education with Vo-Tech or Technical School background, or equivalent, and knowledge of machining techniques and methods, familiarity with CNC Machine tool operating procedures. Read and edit standard "G" code programs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and engage in repetitive pushing/pulling actions. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and possess good fine motor skills. EOE

CNC Machinist - Turning

Should be familiar with many or all of the following: Mazak Multiplex Lathes and EMCO Multi-spindle lathes with bar feeders, and Single-spindle Turning Centers with Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens controls.
- Work from programmed operational data and instructions defining tool arrangements, fixturing, and material clamping methods. Must be capable of reading and editing programs as necessary to the above mentioned to produce parts to drawing specifications.
- Must be familiar with machine operations and control settings to perform operations such as turning, boring, drilling, tapping, profiling and contouring.

- Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks.
- Perform in process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control.

Saw Operator
Responsible to prepare, layout, saw cut and inventory all raw materials consistent with part tolerances and schedules, to comply with company procedures and policies. Support all Shipping and Receiving Department requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare, layout and saw cut all raw materials to comply with routings, logs or authorized supervisor's directives.
- Responsible to maintain part tolerance in line with drawing tolerances if available or commercial tolerances if not.
- If required, unload all raw materials from freight carriers and suppliers in accordance to CMC company policy and procedures.
- Maintain all equipment in saw area in proper working order on a daily or scheduled basis and other equipment while under his/her control.
- Process all raw materials and processed materials under his/her control to properly mark, package, and stock in accordance to company procedures.
- Follow and maintain all department policies and procedures.
- Support shipping department requirements as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School or Trade School graduate with ability to work with machinery and good mechanical capabilities. Ability to use calipers or measuring devices to meet department requirements. Ability to operate forklifts a plus and must be able to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift materials according to safety standards, 2nd shift. EOE.

- Must be familiar with machine operations and control settings to perform operations such as turning, boring, drilling, tapping, thread-milling, profiling and contouring.
- Work from drawings and specifications.
- Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks.
- Perform in process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control.
- Perform a variety of general maintenance and shop work required or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Responsible to keep clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
Qualifications:
