Acutec takes pride in maintaining the latest in manufacturing technology. We have a station network, and all of our CNC lathes and mills are connected to a DNC network. We maintain the latest manufacturing, design, and production planning software.

We have very close relationships with our tooling suppliers and use these relationships to keep up on the latest in tooling and inspection technology.

Our inspectors work in our temperature controlled Quality Assurance Lab that is equipped with a wide variety of inspection equipment.

Electronic Data Interchange
We also maintain a high level of technology to ensure that we serve our customers efficiently. We have the ability to work with our customers through Electronic Data Interchange. We currently receive purchase orders, review schedules, track jobs and bill through EDI with some of our customers.
Traceability
Our work in the Aerospace and gas turbine markets require extensive record keeping for traceability. To facilitate document storage and retrieval we have installed an electronic imaging and archiving system. We can find any file in seconds from any station on our network
