Acutec's assembly area is highly specialized. Trained operators conduct close tolerance assembly using hand and semi-automatic secondary equipment. Diverse work flows through this department, requiring expertise in a variety of applications.
Assembly Processes
Expertise metal-to-metal assembly, helicoil and rosan insertion, etching, CNC dot-peen marking and a thorough knowledge of elastomer and adhesive applications; Testing includes pressurized testing
The assembly area also includes the ability to blast parts, using glass bead, aluminum oxide or silicone carbide media.
